Canada School of Public Service releases new guide

The Canada School of Public Service has released a new guide, Advancing Canadian Interests in the United States: A Practical Guide for Canadian Public Officials, which is geared both toward experienced practitioners of Canada-U.S. relations as well as those new to the issue.

Figures, case studies, and tables used throughout the guide help to provide further information on bilateral processes and agreements as well as on the similarities and differences between Canadian and U.S. political institutions at the national and sub-national levels. John Higgenbotham, one of the co-authors of the guide, presented the publication at an invitation-only event organized by the Canada Institute on February 25, 2005.
