Paper proposals are being sought for the conference "Open Struggle, Covert Operation and West-East Cold War," to be held at Shaanxi Normal University, Xi’an, China, from October 19-23, 2014.

Cost and Fee: Participants will pay their own transportation to and from the conference site and hotel; Shaanxi Normal University will defray all other conference related fee.
Registration and application procedures:
Please submit paper proposals to LI Bingzhong (lbz1975@snnu.edu.cn; 13649286841) and LIANG Zhi (zhiliangroy@sina.cn; 13764960378) prior to March 31, 2014. Please include an academic bio, paper titlem and abstract (in both Chinese and English). Accepted conference papers must be received before September 20.
