CWIHP Program Associate Mircea Munteanu has published an article in the September 2009 edition of the journal Diplomatic History.

Munteanu's article on Communication Breakdown? Romania and the Sino-American Rapprochement explores the role of the short-lived Romanian backchannel in the Sino-American opening.
