Experts Find the Human Face of Environmental Security

ECSP Reports from the Global Environmental Change and Human Security conference

Jun 24, 2009

More than 150 experts from around the world assembled this week in Oslo for the capstone conference of the Global Environmental Change and Human Security (GECHS) Project. The conference featured a mix of researchers and policymakers, who debated the practical impacts of focusing on people in discussions of global environmental change.

ECSP Director Geoff Dabelko attended the conference and interviewed some of the participants. Hear his thoughts and watch video interviews with environmental security experts on the GECHS playlist from ECSP's YouTube channel.
