Former CEF speaker to put on a green business conference titled "New Ventures China Disruptive Green Innovation Forum"

JULY 2009- Former CEF speaker Ye Weijia, director of the DAO Institute for Environment and Development, will host a conference in Beijing on the profitability potential of being a green business.

The World Resources Institute and the DAO Institute for Environment and Development will host the "New Ventures China Disruptive Green Innovation Forum". At this unique event, six outstanding innovative green Chinese firms will engage with leaders from the environment, businesses and investor communities on how their firms can be drivers of a sustainable economic development model for China. The forum will discuss issues and businesses related to waste treatment, solar energy, sustainable forests, e-waste recycling, organic fertilizers, and wind power.
