Every year the China Environment Forum inventories international nongovernmental organizations, domestic nongovernmental organizations, and student and governmental groups to track energy and environmental projects in China. Although the inventory once appeared in the China Environment Series, it has become too long to print and is now available only in an electronic version. Moreover, the projects we inventory have become so numerous that we are now alternating years, with this year being the international inventory and the next year featuring only projects by student, government, and domestic NGOs.
