Arnson was interviewed by Noticias MundoFOX discussing Vice-President Joe Biden's visit to Central America to address the humanitarian crisis regarding unaccompanied minors traveling to the United States. Arnson spoke about the causes of this flow and pinpointed poverty and unemployment as two of the main factors, but also the severe insecurity in which these countries live in regards to youth.
