We are pleased to welcome MARCELO BERGMAN, a Wilson Center-Mexican Council on Foreign Relations (COMEXI) Public Policy Scholar, who will be working on a project titled "Criminality and Citizen's Security in Mexico" until the end of March. He is a Professor in the Department of Legal Studies at the Centro de Investigación y Docencia Económicas (CIDE) in Mexico City. We are also delighted to welcome LUIS RUBIO, who will be in Washington until the end of April as a Wilson Center-Mexican Council on Foreign Relations (COMEXI) Public Policy Scholar. He is writing a book, Mexico Matters. Rubio is Political Analyst and President at the Centro de Investigación para el Desarrollo en México (CIDAC). We are glad to have DAVID SHIRK, a Wilson Center Fellow since September 2009, working on "The Rule of Law in Mexico and the Border Region" until the end of May. Shirk is an Associate Professor of Political Science and Director, Trans-Border Institute, University of San Diego.
