NKIDP Welcomes visiting scholar Kim Donggil

NKIDP is pleased to welcome Kim Donggil to the Woodrow Wilson Center.

Professor Kim is associate professor at the Institute of Modern Chinese History, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in Beijing, and co-author of Sino-Soviet Relations (1931-1945) (CCP History Publishing House, 2008). He has published numerous articles in the Chinese press on Sino-Soviet and Sino-North Korean relations.

Professor Kim's research at the Wilson Center will draw upon exclusive interviews, North Korean, Russian, and Chinese documents, as well as memoir materials to analyze Sino-North Korean relations from 1945-1950.
