Obama to Make Case for Military Action Against ISIS

"The reality is this: the fight against ISIS is going to be ongoing when Barak Obama leaves the White House. There is no Hollywood ending to this thing. It's not going to be quick, easy or cheap," says Aaron David Miller in this interview.

The stakes are high in Washington as President Obama prepares to make his case for a military campaign to defeat ISIS. Aaron David Miller of the Woodrow Wilson Center discusses with José Díaz-Balart of MSNBC.

"The reality is this: the fight against ISIS is going to be ongoing when Barak Obama leaves the White House. There is no Hollywood ending to this thing. It's not going to be quick, easy or cheap; but it is possible over time to check it, to undermine it and to weaken it with the view toward ultimately reducing it to scale and size. This is not going to be easy, and it's going to require a lot of time." says Aaron David Miller in this interview on MSNBC.
