'Reforma solo tapa la mitad del hueco en el Presupuesto': Fedesarrollo

En diez días, según confirmó el ministro de Hacienda, Mauricio Cárdenas, se radicará en el Congreso la reforma a los dos impuestos, pero, de acuerdo con las cuentas de Villar, por patrimonio se recaudan 4,5 billones de pesos y, por dos puntos del Gravamen a los Movimientos Financieros (o 4 x 1.000), se obtienen 2,9 billones. “Entre los dos impuestos suman 7,4 billones, por lo tanto, faltan 5,1 billones de pesos solo para el 2015”, dijo el funcionario en un foro organizado por Fedesarrollo y el Woodrow Wilson Center.
