The Task Force, a bipartisan panel of leaders and experts from key sectors concerned with immigration, was convened by the Migration Policy Institute, the Manhattan Institute and the Woodrow Wilson Center's Mexico Institute and Division of United States Studies, and co-chaired by former Senator Spencer Abraham (R-MI) and former Rep. Lee H. Hamilton (D-IN).
