The President of Romania speaks at the book launch of "The Romanian-Chinese Diplomatic Relations 1889 – 1972: Documents."


On 13 December 2005 the Romanian Academy hosted a book launch of the newly released volume by Constantin Moraru and Romulus Budura, The Romanian-Chinese Diplomatic Relations 1889 – 1972: Documents. Among the distinguished speakers were the President of Romania, Traian Basescu, and the Patriarch of the Romanian Orthodox Church, Teoctist I.
