Mark Lehner will discuss his excavations at the Giza Plateau, where he continues to uncover the lost city that once housed the workers who built the Pyramids. He will describe how support from Egypt's Supreme Council of Antiquities and USAID has led to the creation of a field school for Egyptian archeologists, and how his discoveries have become an opportunity for educational and cultural exchange among nations.
