Continuing with our focus on the critical importance of entrepreneurship to the American economy, PAGE will host Sen. Mark Warner to discuss Startup Act 3.0, the third bipartisan bill which promotes investment in startup businesses, encourages small business research and development, expands opportunities for international students with graduate STEM degrees, and assesses the impact of federal and state regulations on startup activity.
