LAP Nominating Committee Meeting

Thank you for your service to this Board and for agreeing to serve as a member of the Board's Nominating Committee. In anticipation the June Advisory Board meeting, we would like to coordinate a conference call for members of the Board’s Nominating Committee. The Committee is charged with identifying new Board members whose participation would be an asset to the Latin American Program, including identifying additional corporate members willing to participate both financially and substantively in assuring the success of the Latin American Program; and proposing guidelines for Board service and term limits. We expect the conference call to last between 30 and 45 minutes. We will provide further information regarding the call, including dial-in information once a date has been set.
