Vital Kamerhe, le président de l'Assemblée Nationale de R-dC est, depuis jeudi 26 avril, en déplacement à l'étranger, en Indonésie et en Afrique du Sud, a appris «Le Soft International». Du coup, la Chambre basse du Parlement pourrait être contrainte d'observer un service minimum comme encore tout récemment lorsque Vital Kamerhe se trouvant en Afrique du Sud, des députés de l'opposition avaient décidé de suspendre leur participation aux plénières, invoquant des questions liées à leur sécurité, empêchant du coup les plénières de se tenir.

Howard Wolpe , Director of the Africa Program and Leadership Project at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, speaks with Bridget Conley-Zilkic about the a post conflict training program he has instituted in Burundi, and plans to continue with in Congo and Liberia. By working with both political leaders and civil society, Howard believes this program will create lasting peace and stability in areas of past and current conflict.
