NPIHP Partner Hosts Conference on Brazil's and Argentina's Nuclear History
Mar 26, 2012NPIHP partners at the Fundacao Getulio Vargas (FGV) recently hosted a critical oral history conference on the Brazilian and Argentine nuclear programs. The conference discussions suggest that scholars may need to re-evaluate the standard historical narrative which portrays Brazil and Argentina as nuclear rivals who became partners following the end of military rule in both countries.
