Evan Pikulski is a Program Assistant with the Wilson Center's Nuclear Proliferation International History Project. Prior to joining the Wilson Center, Evan worked at the Reed Research Reactor, where he held a U.S. NRC reactor operator license and was certified as a radiation safety officer. He speaks German, studied at the Freie Universität Berlin, and conducted archival research at the Bundesarchiv's Stiftung Archiv der Parteien und Massenorganisationen der DDR on social policy and politics in the German Democratic Republic. Evan graduated from Reed College in Portland, Oregon with a degree in history.
