Li Danhui is a research fellow at the Oriental Historical Research Association in Beijing. Formerly, Danhui was a senior research fellow at the Cold War International History Studies Center at East China Normal University and a professor in the School of International Relations at Peking University. Her research focuses on Cold War international history with an emphasis on postwar Sino-Soviet relations. She is the editor of Zhongguo yu Yinduzhina zhanzheng (China and the Indochina wars, 2000) and editor in chief of Beijing yu Mosike: cong lianmeng zouxiang duikang (Beijing and Moscow: from alliance to confrontation, 2002).
