Paul D. Frazer
Paul D. Frazer is currently a Senior Advisor at 3 Click Solutions, where he counsels clients on the best strategic approach to securing their government relations objectives. Mr. Frazer advises a broad and varied range of private sector and public sector North American and international clients on how best to promote and protect their interests. He covers a wide selection of policy areas including energy, environment, natural resources, health care, trade and trade policy, financial services, and border security as they relate to legislative and/or regulatory action. In January, 2010 Paul was appointed Special Advisor on Canada-US Relations to the Canadian Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Frazer has served with the Canadian Foreign Service, taking assignments in Ottawa, New York, Warsaw, Washington, DC, and in Prague as Ambassador to the Czech Republic and Slovakia. In Ottawa, Mr. Frazer served as Communications Director to Canada’s Prime Minister and as Spokesperson to the Foreign Minister. He also previously served as Assistant, International Economic Affairs to the Minister of Finance and as Executive Director of Canada’s economic and political assistance program for Central Europe and the former Soviet Union. A graduate of McGill and Carleton Universities, Paul is a fellow of Harvard University’s Weatherhead Center for International Affairs. He is the U.S. Co-Chair of the Advisory Board of the Canada Institute of the Woodrow Wilson Center and is a Director of the National Gallery of Canada Foundation in the United States. He writes frequently on U.S.-Canada issues.
