Rebecca Subar facilitates difficult conversations, mediates disputes and teaches negotiation skills in the U.S., Northern Ireland and Israel/Palestine. Rebecca has given advice and support to political actors and activists, non-profit leaders, labor and management negotiators on change, challenge and conflict for close to twenty years. Rebecca also teaches in the Peace and Conflict Studies program at West Chester University. Her academic focus is on the relationship between unilateral and joint activities in organizational, civic and political conflict, with a particular interest in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.  Earlier, Rebecca spent four years at Prudential HealthCare as an internal organizational development consultant and five years at Citibank in information technology and project management. She was Executive Director of Women's Anti-Violence Education and Director of Consulting at LaSalle University's Nonprofit Center. She has conducted conflict management training with CMPartners, LLC, and partnered with the nonprofit Bridgeway Group on West Bank negotiation training. Rebecca received her Bachelor of Arts from Barnard College and her Master in Public Administration with a concentration in international conflict management from the Harvard Kennedy School. She is based in Philadelphia.
