Latin American Program Global Scholar Juan Carlos Garzón was interviewed by MDZ about the ongoing efforts to combat drug trafficking in Latin America. He also speaks on the importance of looking at who consumes the drugs that are trafficked, organized crime, and a strategy of "double action."
