Annual Giving

Annual gifts are vital to fulfilling the Center’s mission of promoting knowledge in the public service.  Therefore the Center actively seeks annual, unrestricted contributions to be used where they are most needed for top priority programs and activities.

Donors who give $25,000 or more annually may designate their gift for a program or activity of particular interest to them.  Opportunities include sponsorship of particular programs or issues or special series such as National Conversation or TheLee Hamilton Lecture Series on Civil Discourse and Democracy

In addition, donors may support the Center’s key outreach activities, such as the Center’s website and The Wilson Quarterly, or invest in the next generation of scholarship through intern and scholar programs.

Recognition and Benefits

Named annual sponsorships are available and can be customized to provide donors with a variety of recognition opportunities. Annual benefactors will be appropriately recognized at the Wilson Center and in the Center’s publications including the Annual Report.  Those giving  $25,000 or more are offered a one-year Wilson Council membership at the highest level, the Ambassador's Circle. Ambassador's Circle members and their families receive special benefits and invitations. Learn more about the Ambassador's Circle of the Wilson Council.
