The Russia-Eurasia Forum of the School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), Johns Hopkins University, will host a brown bag lunch on Wednesday, September 28, 2011 titled "Commercial Codes and Kangaroo Courts: The Contradictions of Russian Legal Reform." This presentation will feature William Pomeranz, Deputy Director, Kennan Institute, and will be held in SAIS’s Rome Building, Room 103, from 12:30 to 2:00 PM.
