Former Wilson Center Public Policy Scholar Frederick "Skip" M. Burkle, Jr. publishes piece on international humanitarian organizations in the DPRK for <i>Prehospital and Disaster Medicine</i>

Former Wilson Center Public Policy Scholar Frederick M. "Skip" Burkle Jr. has recently published an editorial in the May-June 2009 edition of the University of Wisconsin-Madison's Journal of Prehospital and Disaster Medicine.

In his editorial, Burkle explored the challenges faced by international aid groups operating in North Korea, and commented upon an even more in-depth study of the subject published in the same edition of the Journal.
