Continuando con el análisis del documento apoyado por el centro de estudios Woodrow Wilson Center elaborado en marzo de 2012, titulado “La rebelión de las redes criminales: El crimen organizado en América Latina y las fuerzas que lo modifican” de Juan Carlos Garzón Vergara, ofrecemos las recomendaciones que el autor elaboró en función del diagnóstico y sus conclusiones. 

This article references the publication "La rebelión de las redes criminales: El crimen organizado en América Latina y las fuerzas que lo modifican," authored by Latin American Program Global Fellow Juan Carlos Garzón. The publication introduces the concept of the "rebellion" of criminal networks to explain the current dynamic of and context within which organized crime operates. The publication concludes with ten recommendations for addressing the challenge of expanding organized crime. This article discusses and analyzes those ten recommendations.
