The PORTAL is a non-partisan, independent project of the Brazil Institute of the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars. The information, commentary and analysis collected on this site is meant to broaden understanding of and interest in Brazilian public policy; the Institute does not endorse any of the opinions or viewpoints expressed in the referenced or posted material.
