We are pleased to welcome James Person to NKIDP as our new Program Associate, where he will be coordinating the Project. He comes to us from The George Washington University where he is completing a PhD in history with an emphasis on North Korean foreign policy. He has spent over eight years living and studying in Russia and South Korea, where he conducted extensive archival research on the DPRK.
