Overview

After a successful symposium in October 2011, FAPESP: 50 Years of Science in Brazil and Challenges Ahead, the Brazil Institute, with FAPESP and the Ohio State University, met again for a conference on Brazilian Nature and Our Scientific Partnerships

The conference was hosted by the Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio, and featured prominent experts in biomedicine, biodiversity, bioenergy, and educational partnerships.

Following the conference was a viewing of the traveling exhibit Flora Brasiliensis, which was on display at the Ohio Union Gallery for the duration of March 2012.
