Dr. Eliot Sorel, M.D. D.F.A.P.A., an international leader in psychiatric medicine and global health, will be leading the discussion on the Memorial and the legacy of oppression in Romania.
The event marks the launch of the new Cold War International History Project Romania Initiative.
