Isabella Barrios

Isabella Barrios is Executive Director of ANDI Foundation. Her experience has been developed mainly in the public sector and multilateral institutions. She began her career in the Ministry of Finance in the development of multilateral projects and public credit.  Development Bank of Latin America (CAF) in Venezuela, as Chief of Staff. She later joined the staff of the Mayor of Bogotá, coordinating existing political and administrative relations between the city and the central government, congress, and international actors. Became part of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as Chief of Staff, and finally, before reaching ANDI as Director of the ANDI Foundation, working in the Department for Social Prosperity (DPS) leading the Public-Private Partnerships Group, which developed the Social Map strategy. She graduated in Economics from Universidad de los Andes and with a Masters in Economics from the same university.
