Full Biography
Dr. Peter John Mugume is a Lecturer at the University of Rwanda, College of Arts and Social Sciences (UR-CASS), Department of Political Sciences. Peter is also the coordinator of Masters Programs in the Center for Conflict Management (CCM). He has a Doctor's degree in Peace and Development Research from the University of Gothenburg, Sweden, a Masters's degree in International Development and Social Change from Clark University, Massachusetts, USA and a Bachelor's degree from the National University of Rwanda (NUR). Peter's research interests are in the areas of peace and development, ICT and Development.
