Full Biography
Greg Stanton has acted as the US representative from Arizona's 4th congressional district since 2023 and was previously the mayor of Phoenix from 2012 to 2018.
During his time in Congress, Stanton has focused on planning for Arizona’s water future, investing in public transportation and infrastructure, building the state's economy of the future and lowering costs for working families.
Stanton is a member of the Transportation & Infrastructure Committee and the Foreign Affairs Committee.
Greg also served nine years on the Phoenix City Council and as Arizona’s Deputy Attorney General. He attended Marquette University on the Harry S. Truman Scholarship, and earned a law degree from the University of Michigan.
