Full Biography
Úrsula Indacochea is a Senior Program Officer for the Program on Judicial Independence at the Due Process of Law Foundation (DPLF), an organization based in Washington D.C. and dedicated to promoting the rule of law and human rights in Latin America. She previously worked as a legal fellow at the Human Rights Defenders Rapporteurship at the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights. She has served for over 15 years as a litigation attorney, focused on human rights, in the Peruvian high court system. She is co-founder of Constitucionalismo Critico, a non-profit organization that promotes and disseminates critical writing on Constitutional Law. She holds postgraduate degrees from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
