Costa Rica se está convirtiendo en refugio de jefes de cárteles de las drogas de México y Colombia, quienes dirigen desde ahí sus operaciones y cuya presencia alienta el creciente clima de violencia que vive ese país, reveló hoy una fuente oficial.
“Nos estamos llenando de miembros de organizaciones mexicanas y miembros de organizaciones colombianas”, dijo Walter Espinoza, fiscal para el crimen organizado de Costa Rica, en un foro del centro de estudios Woodrow Wilson en Washington.
