With formal announcement of the deal imminent, we spoke with Kennan Institute Deputy Directory Will Pomeranz to learn about the implications of Russia's entry into the global trade group. William Pomeranz is Deputy Director of the Kennan Institute of the Woodrow Wilson Center. In addition, Dr. Pomeranz teaches Russian law at the Center for Eurasian, Russian, and East European Studies at Georgetown University.
