Turning Challenge into Opportunity for Growth
On this episode of the Ready to Launch: MENA Entrepreneurship Podcast, co-hosts Merissa Khurma and Rajae Sahouri interviewed Mouna ben Halima, an entrepreneur from Tunisia who inherited her father’s hotelier business. Following the Jasmine Revolution in 2011, Mouna was inspired to elevate her business from the mainstream mass tourism sector to a luxury hotel that offers guests an exceptional experience. In addition to her reputation as a successful business owner, Mouna is an active member in several civil society organizations, including Reseau Entreprendre, a support network for Tunisian business, and SOS Children’s Village.
