In this talk for his new book, Russian Grand Strategy in the Era of Global Power Competition, George F. Kennan Fellow Andrew Monaghan will examine Moscow's priorities. He will consider the problems Moscow has faced in generating power and seeking to position Russia for a period of geo-economic competition.
