Overview
The second America's Energy Coast Policy Forum was held on November 4, 2009 at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars in Washington DC. The second policy forum focused on the long-term sustainability of America’s Energy Coast. Region at Risk: Preventing the Loss of Vital National Assets was released in conjunction with the forum and describes the significance and uniqueness of the Gulf Coast, identifies major threats facing the region, and outlines steps that must be taken to protect and restore this invaluable landscape.
