The City of Moscow: A Story of Transformations

Moscow has always had a reputation both for its vibrant cultural scene and its chaotic pace of living. Over the last several years, however, infrastructure developments and cultural initiatives have made it much more livable for residents and visitors alike. Sergei Kapkov has been the visionary behind this change. He will share his concept of urban development in Russia, discuss life in Moscow and beyond, and reflect on what makes Russian cities different from European and American ones.
