The New Internal Forces Driving Reforms in Ukraine
Ukrainian Minister of Finance Oleksandr Danyliuk discussed how recent reform initiatives in Ukraine look from the inside and the role international partners play in pushing reforms forward. Mr. Danyliuk outlined what to expect in the coming months as well as the longer-term Ukrainian strategic agenda, highlighting how budget reform could not only help improve public finance management, but also impact education, healthcare, and other social programs.
