Ice-Diminished Arctic Symposium Abstract Poster Submissions
Information about abstract poster submissions during the Ice-Diminished Arctic Symposium at the Wilson Center.
This symposium will bring together nationally and internationally-recognized experts on Arctic marine operations, environments, science, policy, law, and governance including notable speakers from the Alaska Congressional Delegation, NOAA, Navy, USCG, USARC, and other representatives from across the U.S. and international community.
The event offers a special opportunity to share your insights about the impact of an ice-diminishing Arctic Ocean on marine transportation, national defense, resource development, oceanographic research, federal, state, local and international operations, and related policy implications.
Participants are invited to present posters on science, technology, or other subjects related to Arctic marine operations. The posters will be displayed for the duration of the symposium and authors are encouraged to participate in the dedicated poster session.
Abstract submissions are due by July 10, 2019. For more information, please contact LTJG Bryan Brasher.
