Cosmos Hydro Project - Upper Kobuk

This project funds construction of an integrated power delivery system by utilizing hydro-electric power generation in the Cosmos Hill Region. The project entails building a large joint power plant and bulk fuel facility in Ambler to provide low-cost electricity to Ambler, Kobuk and Shungnak.
