Levi Summit, center and hotel expansion

Project Description

The Koutalaki Ski Village development is set in the resort of Levi, to include approximately 500 different accommodation units, varying in size from one-room apartments for couples to deluxe villas suitable for families or larger groups. Four buildings will surround the central area of the resort, creating a village atmosphere and protecting visitors from the elements. Public spaces could be turned into ice rinks during the winter and a range of restaurants, a market square and a spa, which will look out onto the surrounding forest, are also planned. When Koutalaki is completed it will form a village of its own – called upper Levi – and will be able to accommodate more than 3,000 guests at any one time. The Hotel Levi Panorama and Congress Center Levi Summit, both part of Koutalaki Ski Village, have already opened to the public and the builders will start constructing the rest of the resort this year.
