Full Biography
Dr. Ben Noble is Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Russian Politics at University College London's School of Slavonic and East European Studies. He is also an Associate Fellow at Chatham House and a Senior Research Fellow at the National Research University Higher School of Economics, Moscow.
Ben's research focusses on Russian domestic politics, including intra-elite dynamics and legislative politics. Beyond Russia, Ben is interested in parliamentary politics under authoritarianism. He currently holds a British Academy Rising Star Engagement Award for a project analysing moments of legislative closure in non-democracies.
