Full Biography
Carl Bildt has served as Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Sweden. He was noted internationally as a mediator in the Yugoslav wars, serving as the European Union's Special Envoy to the Former Yugoslavia, co-chairman of the Dayton Peace Conference, High Representative for Bosnia and Herzegovina, and as the UN Secretary-General's Special Envoy for the Balkans.
