Full Biography
Cesare M. Scartozzi is a Postdoctoral Fellow at CGIAR (Alliance of Bioversity and CIAT), where he conducts research and leads projects on climate finance and low-emission development pathways, focusing on fragile and conflict-affected settings. He holds a PhD in Public Policy from the University of Tokyo, where he examined the connections between climate policy, finance, and security.
