Expert Bio

Dmytro Bielobrov is a public activist and journalist, and the head of "The Last Address" project, dedicated to victims of Soviet political repression. He is also a journalist at the independent  channel Hromadse.ua.

In 2013, he received a master's degree at Vienna University in cultural and social anthropology. In 2016, he began work on "The Last Address" to help overcome the trauma of the Soviet past.
