Dr. Leila Hanafi is a Moroccan-American international development lawyer with the World Bank Group and adjunct law professor at George Washington University, Law School in Washington DC. She is also the founder and principal of international law firm, Alliance for Rule of Law Promotion & Dispute Resolution, ARPA. She received her doctorate in law from the UK’s University of Kent (full-merit scholarship), Law School and completed her undergraduate and graduate studies at Georgetown University, American University, and George Washington University Law School.
